The established company, ALL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD (APMSB), incorporated March 2018, consists of a team of capable, well trained and experienced workforce who has acquired valuable work exposure in the Property Management industry. The Company is certified and registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEAP) bearing the registration no.PM (1)0856 as a requirement by amendment Act242–Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agent Act 1981.

Under this Act, all registered practitioners of property management will be recognised as professionals and will be regulated by the BOVAEAP to be well governed from mismanagement and malpractice which will lead to the wellbeing of the nation and confidence from investors. The practice of Property Management will be based on Malaysian Property Management Standards.
